CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

Due to increased salon volume and limited availability on our schedule, we must implement a 24-hour cancellation policy. To further assist you we offer an automated system that is designed to remind you 48 hours in advance of your appointments via text and email. We ask that you please notify our office within 24 hours if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Cancellations after 24 hours and No Shows will result in a 50% fee of full-service price. You may leave a voice mail at 727-202-8939 to cancel an appointment. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.
